Shaanxi Heli Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in 1998. It is a scientific and technological industrial enterprise in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. Heli is one of the first batch of companies to provide domestic supporting spare parts for imported excavation equipment. We mainly focus on R&D, and analyze the world's advanced mining equipment, then transform it in combination with the current situation of material technology in China, so as to improve production efficiency and save economic costs. Over the years, Heli has cooperated with Xi'an Jiaotong University, Shaanxi University of Science and Technology and many other universities to solve a lot of technical problems. Our main products are new intelligent shearers, torque shafts, speed increasers, non-standard couplings, large parts transformation of imported shearers, hard tooth gears, sprockets, clutches, maintenance/transformation and intelligent upgrading of domestic and imported shearers. We also have several imported shearers, and can provide various modes of equipment leasing and professional services.

　　Since the establishment, our products have been recognized by the clients, and have been shortlisted in the list of Qualified Suppliers of CHN Energy. Heli is also the first private enterprise shortlisted in the list of Key Accessories and Components Procurement of the group.

　　At present, our main clients include CHN Energy, China Coal Group, Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group, Datong Mining Industry, Huainan Mining Industry, Huanghe Group, Guodian Construction Investment Co., Ltd., etc. Heli has 7 offices and more than 10 agent sales companies throughout the country. In 2021, we built up International Business Department in response to the international business idea of the new blueprint of "the Belt and Road", hired senior foreign trade personnel, and cooperated with Tmall, Amazon, Google and other platforms to promote our products to the world.

　　In 2017, Heli obtained the National High-tech Enterprise Certificate and was shortlisted for the Technological Small and Medium Enterprises. In 2018, we were included in the Enterprise above Designated Size. As of July 2022, our company has more than 20 utility model patents, 2 invention patents, and more than 10 patent applications. In 2019, our investment in R&D and technological transformation has exceeded RMB 5million. In July 2020, the Bureau of Science and Information Technology of Weiyang District awarded us as Advanced Manufacturing Demonstration Enterprise.
